Brimming with nostalgia, comfort and creativity, Arnott’s: The Cookbook transforms these legendary biscuits into easy-to-make delights, from Choc Ripple hazelnut slice to Iced Vo Vo pavlova to a Butternut Snap mango cheesecake.

The book is designed for bakers of all skill levels, each recipe making it simple to create something special at home. Transform Scotch Fingers into a decadent rocky road or turn Milk Arrowroot into reindeers for Christmas.

Tim Tam fans won’t be disappointed either, with decadent recipes for scones, pikelets, a pavlova and fudgy slice.

Arnott’s executive chef Vanessa Horton, who shares her tips in the book under the moniker Chef Ness, says the book honours the role Arnott’s biscuits play in family traditions, while also re-imagining them in surprising new ways.

“This cookbook is particularly special to me as it is a collaboration with The Australian Women’s Weekly,” Horton writes in the book.

“My mum Jennifer, who passed away much too early, was given a Women’s Weekly cookbook from her mother-in-law Pat, which she then passed to me. This quickly became a treasured possession, and from it, I started my own cooking journey, finding comfort and inspiration in its pages.”

Arnott’s: The Cookbook is a timeless celebration of flavour, nostalgia and the joy of baking together.
