How to Make Baked Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Glaze

Step 1. Start by taking your Finest Reserve mustard and adding it to a bowl.

Step 2. Then add your fresh lemon juice.

Step 3. Next, use a microplane to grate the garlic into the bowl and add the brown sugar.

Step 4. Whisk it all together until the mustard glaze is fully incorporated.

Step 5. Brush the mustard glaze on all sides of the pork tenderloin, and season with salt and pepper. Then add it to the oven at 400 degrees.

Step 6. Roast for around 25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads at 145 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice to serve.
